Michael brings over 25 years of experience in management, human resources, talent acquisition, and project management, as well as ownership and operation of his own business across small, medium, and large enterprises, both private and publicly traded. Michael understands and can relate to executive business leaders’ challenges and struggles, making him uniquely qualified to advise on the BEST solutions for client’s future growth. Michael leads the BEST Strategic Human Resource Solutions practice, supporting all industries and sectors. Michael also supports the Executive Search practice as the Industry Practice Leader for 5 of 11 niche industries. 

As a Senior Certified Professional in HR, Michael developed our WR² HR Analysis, which is used to audit human capital risk for client organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors’ University, as well as PHR, SHRM-SCP, and CompTIA Project+ professional certifications.

Michael is also on the GAMA (The Tabletop Game Association) Board of Directors. He serves as the Production Director for GAMA’s Production Membership Category.
