BEST recognizes that a professional’s career is one part of their life’s journey.  Career goals and objectives are constantly evolving, and BEST will listen closely to what is important to a candidate, what motivates a candidate and what behaviors in a culture will suit who that candidate is.   BEST encourages that career shifts are strategically designed with the goal being moving professionals towards a greater good for that individual – not away from current professional standing.

BEST candidates will be provided job and company information to conduct due diligence needed to compare against their identified career aspirations. Our candidates will NOT be presented to a company until the professional has conducted this due diligence and confirmed they are interested in moving forward.

BEST candidates will be communicated with in a timely and professional manner.  Of most importance – candidates will receive transparent coaching and feedback throughout the interviewing process.  The communication may not always be what a professional wants to hear but will be shared in an effort to help candidates learn from this feedback to promote their future endeavors and growth.Driving the success of the clients we serve and the candidates we advise is what we do BEST.
