Michael brings over 25 years of experience, including management, human resources, talent acquisition, project management, and as an owner/operator of his own business in small, medium, and large enterprises, both private and publicly traded companies. Michael understands and can relate to executive business leaders’ challenges and struggles, making him uniquely qualified to advise on the BEST solutions for client’s future growth. Michael leads the BEST Strategic Human Resource Solutions practice, supporting all industries and sectors. Michael also supports the Executive Search practice as the Industry Practice Leader for 5 of 11 niche industries. 

As a Senior Certified Professional in HR, Michael developed our WR² HR Analysis, which is used to audit human capital risk for client organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors’ University, as well as PHR and SHRM-SCP and CompTIA Project+ professional certifications.
