Ben enjoys getting to know BEST’s clients over long-term relationships built virtually and in person at industry events. By asking questions that drive conversation to strategic company goals, Ben partners with clients to develop organizational chart plans, including executive search campaigns, onboarding approaches, and succession planning direction.

Ben is passionately involved in the industries that BEST serves, offering his understanding to various publications and speaking at trade shows across the country. Ben graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management in 2018. Ben loves spending time with family and friends, has been a soccer coach for 9 years, and enjoys traveling with his fiancé Noelle.
