Tom McInerney is an accomplished business executive with a proven track record in the management of underperforming and/or distressed investments and the development and execution of strategies to maximize value on those investments. Mr. McInerney has extensive business transformation and restructuring experience and is currently the Founder and Managing Member of M4 Advisors LLC, a business advisory firm that he started in 2018. Over the course of his career, Tom has served in roles as an operator, advisor, and executive working across numerous industries and leading the diagnosis, design, and implementation of value creation initiatives.

He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) as well as a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in History and received an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
